Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We aim to process all orders within 2 days. Orders are not picked up by shipping carriers on weekends or some holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, an alert can be found in the checkout page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment methods include USPS, UPS Ground Saver, and UPS Mail Innovations. Estimated delivery time may vary and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
ZiaRecords.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has been marked as packaged and fulfilled, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours of your order being marked as shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ZiaRecords.com does not ship outside of the U.S. and is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ZiaRecords.com will not offer partial refunds or replacement/exchanges for minor cosmetic blemishes that may have occurred in transit.
