Signing up is a piece of cake. You can sign up at any of our eight store locations or online. If you choose to sign up in-store, all you need to do is provide a valid ID and your email address. Easy peasy! And guess what? You can use that same email address to create or connect your account on our website, ziarecords.com. If you prefer to skip the store and go straight to the online route, just head over to ziarecords.com, create an account, and voila!, your Zia account will be automatically generated for you.
How can I earn points on my purchases and trades?
It's pretty simple! Whenever you buy something or trade in an item at Zia, you'll earn points. For every $13 you spend or trade in, you'll earn one (1) point. And guess what? These points can be used to snag a sweet 50% discount on any single item that costs the same or less than the number of points you have.
Let's break it down for you with an example: Say you've got ten points in your pocket. That means you can grab a ten-dollar item for half the price! But hold your horses, you can't get a $20 item at half off until your account hits 20 points.
Now, when it comes to online orders, your points will be applied to your account once the transaction is complete and your credit card has been charged. Oh, and just so you know, shipping costs won't count towards your purchase points online.
How do I use my points?
When you're shopping online and reach the checkout screen, you'll see information about the number of points you have and the items you can redeem them on.
If you're shopping at one of our store locations, our friendly cashiers will let you know your total points and ask if you'd like to use them for your purchases. If you don't have enough points to cover the full cost of the items, don't worry! Your points will be saved for future purchases as you continue to earn more.
How can I check the number of points I have? Do they ever expire?

The great news is that your points never expire! They will remain under your account for as long as you have a Zia account. So, you can keep accumulating points and enjoy the benefits whenever you're ready.
Will I lose my points if I return an item?

Can someone else use my points?
If you've given permission for others to use your Zia account, they can make use of your points. However, points cannot be transferred to other customers unless they are linked to your current Zia account.
