ZIA Records Community Improvement Initiative

The Zia Records Community Improvement Initiative (ZCII) started in 2023 as our way of giving back to the dedicated communities that have supported us across Arizona and Nevada. As an employee-owned company, we’re passionate about making a difference, whether it’s through local events, partnerships, or programs that help our neighbors thrive.

Through our Skip-a-bag and Round Up programs, we believe that we can create a more sustainable and prosperous environment for everyone involved. Each quarter, we focus on a different initiative, placing an emphasis on art, health/wellness, education and food banks.

By simply rounding up your purchase to the nearest dollar at any ZIA Records location, you are helping to provide essential care and support to local arts. Every donation, no matter how small, adds up to make a big difference.

Higher Octave Healing:
Higher Octave Healing is a non-profit therapy organization in Tempe, Arizona. We are dedicated to increasing the quality of life and promoting empowerment. We achieve this through direct music therapy services, clinical music therapy education, and advocacy for music therapy programs.

Treasure 4 Teachers:
Treasures 4 Teachers aims to empower educators, enrich students, and eliminate waste by connecting the community’s donations to classrooms in need. Through our Resource Center and On-Wheels program, we lessen the personal financial burden of buying school supplies for over 5000 educators across Arizona.

Crazy Daisies:
Crazy Daisies Cooperative is dedicated to enhancing the lives of special needs children and their families. We recognize the unique challenges faced by these families and aim to provide comprehensive services, support, education, and resources. Our mission is to empower children with disabilities to reach their full potential and create a more inclusive community and a brighter future for all.
