Zia loves pop culture collectibles and we’re ready to pay you cash or store credit for your music, movies, books, collectibles, games, toys, and more. No collection is too small or too large. UPDATED TRADE RULES
To maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness, we’ve recently made some changes to our trade policies and procedures.
Trade hours are 10am to 10pm daily.
Starting Saturday February 26th, our Camelback and Thunderbird trade counter hours will be temporarily changing to 10am-9pm. All other Zia location trade counters will remain open from 10am-10pm.
Limit one (1) trade transaction per customer, per day. Trade customers must be 18 years or older and provide a State ID, Drivers License, or Passport. Temporary licenses will not be accepted.
Items must be the property of the seller, come in the original packaging, and be clean to be accepted. Zia reserves the right to decline any items.
All transactions must be closed out same day as drop-off. Any items left by customers at Zia will be processed as store credit and any remaining items will be disposed of.
Cash payouts cannot exceed $300 in store. For any cash trade out above $300, arrangements can be coordinated with Zia management as needed.
WHAT DOES ZIA BUY?
Just about everything! The easiest thing to do is to bring everything you want to sell into your local Zia store. We will inspect your collection for condition, check in-store stock, and make an offer. We can also answer any questions you have at that time.
Certificate of authenticity must be present at time of trade in order for signature to be considered valid.
There are a few items we don't accept, they include : phones, laptops, tablets.
NOTE : Due to high volume of calls and the requirement to inspect products, NO trade quotes or estimates will be given over the phone or by email.

MOVIES: Blu-Rays, DVDs, 4K, 3D, VHS
VIDEO GAMES & SYSTEMS: Consoles (Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.), handhelds, console accessories, pinball machines.
INSTRUMENTS: Guitars, keyboards, effects pedals, amplifiers, drum machines, microphones, wind instruments, brass instruments, midi contollers, recording equipment, percusssion.
BOOKS & COMICS: Hardcover, paperback, single-issues, magazines.
TOYS: Vinyl collectibles, POP! Figures, Kidrobot, etc.), action figures (in-box or loose), bobbleheads, tin toys, LEGO, figurines.
ELECTRONICS: DVD players, Blu-Ray players, turntables, speakers, home stereo systems and components, receivers, CD players, tape decks.
CLOTHING: Vintage clothing, shirts, band tees, purses, shoes and hats.
GAMES: Table-top games, Dungeons & Dragons items, trading cards.
COLLECTIBLE HOUSEWARES: Lunch boxes, glassware.

FAQ
I would like to trade in or sell some of my old media and collectibles. How does that work?
Bring in your stuff to the trade counter at any Zia location. Trade customers must be 18 years or older and provide a valid State ID, Drivers License or Passport to trade. Temporary licenses will not be accepted. All items being evaluated must be the property of the seller.
Zia inspects all trade-ins for condition and defects, and payouts will vary according to current stock levels and demand. Some merchandise may not be accepted for trade.
How long does it take?
Wait times for trade processing vary according to volume of business, and will be addressed by size and order of receipt. We process everything as quickly as possible, but please be prepared to wait longer for larger trades or during busier times.
All trades are on a first come, first serve basis. No appointment necessary.
What do I get for my trade?
Credit, added to your Zia Customer Card, does not expire, and may be used for anything in the store, tax free, with the exception of tickets.
Or, cash, at a percentage of the Trade Credit.
The amount of credit/cash payouts are affected by quantity on hand and demand change occasionally, so please check with management if you have any questions.
