Zia loves pop culture collectibles and we’re ready to pay you cash or store credit for your music, movies, books, collectibles, games, toys, and more. No collection is too small or too large. There’s no need to be intimidated by the process: simply bring us your stuff and we’ll make an offer. Check out our the following information for more details.

To maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness, we’ve recently made some changes to our trade policies and procedures.

Trade hours are 10am to 10pm daily.

Starting Saturday February 26th, our Camelback and Thunderbird trade counter hours will be temporarily changing to 10am-9pm. All other Zia location trade counters will remain open from 10am-10pm.

Limit one (1) trade transaction per customer, per day.

Items must be clean to be accepted. Zia reserves the right to decline any items.

I would like to trade in or sell some of my old media and collectibles. How does that work?
Bring in your stuff to the trade counter at any Zia location. You must be 18 years or older and provide a valid State ID, Drivers License or Passport to trade.

Zia inspects all trade-ins for condition and defects, and payouts will vary according to current stock levels and demand. Some merchandise may not be accepted for trade.

How long does it take?
Wait times for trade processing vary according to volume of business, and will be addressed by size and order of receipt. We process everything as quickly as possible, but please be prepared to wait longer for larger trades or during busier times.

All trades are on a first come, first serve basis. No appointment necessary.

What do I get for my trade?

Credit, added to your Zia Customer Card, does not expire, and may be used for anything in the store, tax free, with the exception of tickets.

Or, cash, at a percentage of the Trade Credit.

The amount of credit/cash payouts are affected by quantity on hand and demand change occasionally, so please check with management if you have any questions.

Zia retains the right to determine whether a large collection merits travel or can be processed in store. Send us an e-mail at with some information about what you have. We look forward to working with you to sell your collection.
