5% Discount on all products (in-store and online)
Double Points on all purchases for Zia’s loyalty program

How much does the VIP Program cost, and how long does it last?

Cost: $50 (one-time payment)
Duration: 1 year (364 days) from the date of account creation

How do I sign up for the VIP Program?

You can sign up quickly and easily at ziarecords.com/VIP. Just follow the prompts to join the VIP Program.

Can I use my VIP benefits both in-store and online?

Yes! All VIP benefits apply to both in-store and online purchases.

How do I redeem my VIP discounts and offers?

In-store: Simply provide your VIP account information at checkout. Must provide State ID to redeem benefits.
Online: Log in to your VIP account before making a purchase to automatically receive your benefits.

How do I get my exclusive Zia VIP shirt?

After joining, you’ll receive instructions on how to claim your exclusive Zia VIP shirt. Details will be sent to your email or provided at checkout.

How do I receive periodic exclusive VIP sales and offers?

VIP members will receive notifications about special sales and offers via email, so make sure your contact information is up to date.

Do VIP discounts stack with other promotions?

YES! Well, mostly. Some exceptions may apply.

Unfortunately, VIP discounts cannot ALWAYS be combined with other sales, promotions or special offers like our Educator and Service Member (Military, etc.) discounts. See Terms & Conditions for more information.

Can I renew my VIP membership?

Yes! You can renew your VIP membership each year to continue enjoying all the great benefits. You will be emailed 30 days prior to your account expiring for renewal.

Do VIP discounts stack with other promotions?

Most VIP discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers unless specifically stated. Please check the terms during each promotion.

Is my VIP membership refundable?

VIP memberships are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my VIP membership to someone else?

VIP memberships are non-transferable and are valid only for the account holder.
