ZIA VIP - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Zia Records VIP Program! Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before joining. By enrolling in the Zia Records VIP Program (“VIP Program”), you agree to abide by these Terms. Zia Records reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

1. Program Overview

The Zia Records VIP Program is an elite exclusive membership that provides special perks, discounts, and offers to members both in-store and online at ziarecords.com.

• The VIP Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
• Membership is valid for 364 days from the date of account creation.
• The cost is $49.99 (one-time payment).
• The VIP Program is not a subscription service. Membership does not auto-renew.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Accepted: Zia loyalty points and Zia store credit can both be applied to purchase the VIP program, along with standard payment methods.

• Accounts are active for three hundred & sixty four (364) days from the date of creation. Service and benefits will be terminated automatically at the end of this period.
• To renew, members must purchase a new VIP membership after expiration.
• Customers signing up online must log out for a minimum of ten minutes after purchase and log back in for account benefits to update.
• Account information (including name, email, and contact details) must be current and accurate to redeem benefits.
• Zia Records reserves the right to terminate any VIP account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
• Zia Records is not responsible if account holder doesn’t login or activate their VIP benefits upon purchase or checkout. No refunds or additional point benefits will be retroactively applied.  

5. VIP Benefits

Members receive:

• 5% Discount on all products (in-store and online)
• Double Points on all purchases for Zia’s loyalty program
• 25% Off Zia-branded items (some exclusions may apply)
• Exclusive Zia VIP Shirt (free with membership)
• VIP-Only Sales & Offers (minimum of 2 per membership year)
• All benefits are valid both in-store and online at ziarecords.com

• VIP benefits cannot be combined with other sales, promotions, or offers unless specifically stated.
• To redeem benefits in-store, members must present a valid State ID matching their VIP account.
• Exclusive Zia VIP shirt redemption details will be provided via email or at checkout.
• Zia Records is not responsible for any damage, size or quality of the shirt. The VIP shirt is non-replaceable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.  

• Zia Records reserves the right to end the VIP Program at any time for any reason, without refund or compensation.
• Zia Records reserves the right to terminate any account holder for any reason at any time, including but not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading account information
• Abusing program benefits
• Attempting to transfer membership
• Theft, attempted theft, or conspiring to defraud Zia Records (such accounts will be cancelled immediately, and all benefits forfeited)

• No refunds or compensation will be provided upon termination of the program or individual accounts.

• By Zia Records: Zia Records reserves the right to terminate the VIP Program, or any individual membership, at any time for any reason, with or without notice. No refunds or compensation will be provided for terminated accounts or program discontinuation.
• By Member: Memberships are non-cancellable and non-refundable by the member once purchased.

• VIP discounts and benefits are for the sole use of the account holder and cannot be transferred or shared.
• Members must provide a valid State ID in-store to redeem benefits.
• Online purchases require login to the VIP account before checkout.

• Members will receive notifications about exclusive sales and offers via email or text message. It is the member’s responsibility to keep their contact information up to date.
• By enrolling in the Zia Records VIP Membership program, the member acknowledges and agrees that Zia Records shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or relating to the member's participation in, or receipt of, communications regarding special events, promotions, or offers associated with the VIP Membership. This includes, but is not limited to, any missed communications, errors in communications, misinterpretation of event details, or failure to receive information about special events or promotions.

9. General Provisions

• Non-Transferable: Membership and benefits are for the named account holder only.
• No Cash Value: Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
• Changes to Terms: Zia Records may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
• Minimum Sales & Offers: VIP-Only Sales & Offers will be provided a minimum of two times per membership year.
• Compliance: Members must comply with all Zia Records policies and applicable laws.

10. Warning & Non-Liability Statement

Zia Records is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the VIP Program. Membership is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The member hereby releases, acquits, and forever discharges Zia Records, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or claims related to the Zia VIP Membership.

• Zia Records is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused VIP memberships.
• Zia Records may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Program or any part thereof at any time, without notice or liability.
