ZIA Records Community Improvement Initiative

The Zia Records Community Improvement Initiative (ZCII) started in 2023 as our way of giving back to the dedicated communities that have supported us across Arizona and Nevada. As an employee-owned company, we’re passionate about making a difference, whether it’s through local events, partnerships, or programs that help our neighbors thrive.

Through our Skip-a-bag and Round Up programs, we believe that we can create a more sustainable and prosperous environment for everyone involved. Each quarter, we focus on a different initiative, placing an emphasis on art, health/wellness, education and food banks.

By simply rounding up your purchase to the nearest dollar at any ZIA Records location, you are helping to provide essential care and support to local arts. Every donation, no matter how small, adds up to make a big difference.

Callahan Care:
Callahan Care is dedicated to tackling clothing and food insecurity all around the United States, one school at a time. We work with local schools to create "stores" of clothes and food that are open to anyone in the community free of charge.

Our goal is simple: restore dignity and provide hope to families in need while building strong community connections through student-led initiatives.

Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona:
The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona responds to the root causes of hunger, and seeks to restore dignity, health, opportunity and hope to people living in poverty. Our mission is to ensure our communities are healthy and hunger-free today, tomorrow, and always.

Las Vegas Rescue Mission:
To serve those in need through food, shelter, daily needs and addiction recovery, offering hope to individuals and families through Jesus Christ.
