Zia is committed to keeping our employees and customers safe during the pandemic. Since reopening, we’ve taken a number of steps in support of this commitment. With the safety of our team and guests as our top priority, we’ll continue using CDC guidance to inform our decisions and communicate regularly. Measures currently being taken include:

• Maintaining physical distancing. We have placed stickers on the floor that outline to our customers where to stand in order to remain 6ft apart.

• Implementing comprehensive sanitation protocols. Cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer will be readily available for use. Cleaning checklists have been implemented and enforced. Sneeze guards have been installed at the registers of each store for added protection.

• Continuing to provide options for shipping or curbside service.

• Implementing symptom screening for employees prior to the start of their shift. • Offering masks and gloves to employees to wear while on shift. Also asking all unvaccinated customers to wear masks upon entering the stores. Customers who do not have a mask will be supplied one from the store.

• COVID-19 contingency planning. In the event that an employee tests positive for COVID-19 and has worked in the store within 24 hours, Zia closes the location and tests all potentially exposed employees (regardless of vaccination status). Zia also makes the public aware of potential exposure.

• Strongly encouraging our team to get vaccinated. As we know this is the best way to protect against COVID-19.
